Agribusiness is borne out of love for agriculture and passion for business. The book "Agribusiness" highlights opportunities that lay around untapped or under tapped in the agricultural sector, using Africa as a case study. The author lists out the importance of Agribusiness being the product of Agriculture and Business, as an avenue for creation of wealth and jobs, disclosing various niches to play as an agribusiness person, without necessarily 'holding the hoe'. The beauty of "Agribusiness" lies in the fact that it teaches young people how to do agribusiness with little or no Capital and land space. Many youths today especially, females are mostly unemployed without viable occupations or sources of income, and this has been affecting the general economy and standard of living. This category of people hardly sees Agriculture as an option because they mostly feel it is a profession of the poor, rural or aged population. They also feel that if you want to practice Agriculture as a business, you need huge funds to start off. "Agribusiness" as a book has been able to break these myths and even encouraged so many people to do beyond what they ever envisaged.
