This guerilla-glue release is a heartfelt message of encouragement that pushes adults to commit to intentionally helping the youth through cooperative education. A Mississippi native who has lived in states including California and Kansas, the military veteran and father of 23 shares his concerns over the living conditions and killings of a number of today's Black youth and offers a real-world solution to eradicate these problems. "I've been told almost all my adult life that I need to write a book," the founder of Thru The Blood Inc., said. "I had a few of my poems published years ago, and I've kept writing a book in the back of my mind. But after seeing so much happening and seeming to get worse and worse for the kids, I couldn't stay silent. I had to write this book. Our pride is getting killed off every day! I needed to be sure people know things don't have to stay as bad as they are.
