One Man's Story
Eckley Macklin
Eckley is known to vintage Folkway Records fans as an African American folk singer. He won renown as a public radio host celebrating the contributions to Western culture by black artists. After his years as a park ranger, he became a priest, a college professor and a missionary to the American Indians in Wyoming. This little collection of 3 stories and 12 poems was composed during his years of service as a brave front-line warrior in defense of human life from conception to natural death and beyond.
