You Are Here is a collection of poems that demonstrate what its like to be empathetic and emotional by nature; expressing these characteristics in words is the best way for them to be articulated, understood, and even felt, by those who relate and those who don't. Many of these poems are about navigating abuse, trauma, and relationships. It is an intimate look into my own struggle with mental health while dealing with love, loss, but most importantly, growth.
