Coatimundi or coatis are South American raccoons associated with both kinkajous and North American raccoons. There are four breeds of coati, but simplest two-the white-nosed and South American coatis-are occasionally stored as pets. Coatis are omnivores with quite a few power, a curious streak, and, just like their North American cousins, they forage for meals within the wild. Some people opt to take care of them as pets, however those wild animals aren't ideal for most households.
