What is Eschatology? The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines Eschatology as, "A branch of theology concerned with the final events in the history of the world or of humankind." Simply put, Eschatology is the study of the end-times. There are many aspects of end-times theology. We will simplify and briefly discuss a few of them. This book discusses topics such as Dispensationalism, Covenant Theology, the Great Tribulation, Millennialism, the Second Coming of Christ, the Resurrection of the Dead, the Great White Throne Judgment, and the Rapture. Complete books could be written on each of these topics. Our purpose is to simplify, so you can make up your own mind about each of them. It seems as time goes on that these topics are made more and more complicated by seminary professors and church leaders. The important thing is that you make up your own mind and not let others tell you how you should believe.
