You are a human being, and you know that emotions and feelings affect your life. Even more so when you are called to make decisions, sometimes even in a short time. Even before analysing a market or using a strategy, you had to figure out you. You have to be able to eliminate, or at least minimise, the emotions that are the primary cause of the wrong decisions. And to do this, you must, first of all, to change your mentality. You have to see trading with new eyes. Unlike what many people think, trading is not a gamble but a job, an entrepreneurial activity. So, the trader must have an entrepreneurial mentality and plan every single detail of this business. The first part is devoted to the deepening of Behavioural Finance, which only in recent years has claimed its importance and its autonomy; because I guarantee you that the knowledge of this matter makes the difference in trading. Money Management is another important aspect of trading, even more than a good strategy. You can also use a fantastic strategy, but if you manage it badly, you get in trouble. Money Management is the main pillar, something essential for anyone who wants to become a professional trader. And that is what the second part treats. The third part, instead, deals the Neuro-Linguistic Programming; you will learn to ask yourself some questions that will lead you to know yourself better. You will see how to relieve anxiety, fear and stress, how to change a habit. You will learn how to improve your trader life. Personality is the subject of the fourth part. We are not all the same; it is essential to know what our dominant traits are. You can believe it or not, but your personality plays an important role in how you trade. You have to mould your trading style around your particular strengths and working to offset your weaknesses and flaws. Most traders, or rather losers, prefer to ignore these matters; they prefer focusing on strategies and charts. Brokers sincerely thanks them. All of you that will read this book, I am sure you will receive great benefits in everyday life. You will change the way to see the trading, and, most of all, mentality.
