The key idea of this research was to examine the pathways and factors that play a role in suicidal behavior and suicide attempts amongst adolescents in Pakistan. The sample consisted of four adolescent patients who were admitted to CMH Hospital in Lahore, Pakistan after non-fatal suicide attempts. The sample was collected through Purposive Sampling. The method that was used to analyze the data was Grounded Theory. The study highlighted suicidal themes along with its categories which were organized to pinpoint the risk issues of suicide attempts. Current findings also suggested that there is a collective influence of individual, psychological, and societal factors on adolescents' decisions to engage in non-fatal suicidal behavior. A significant relationship between Academic Failure, Lack of problem-solving abilities, Parental conflict and suicidal ideation among teenagers was revealed. It was also concluded that individuals are more likely to attempt suicide when they feel that they do not have any other alternative solution to their problem. Lastly, it was discovered that the intensity of suicidal ideation and behaviours are more likely to be influenced by psychological, environmental and social aspects.
