Betty is a troubled, middle-aged woman who travels across the country in the midst of a serial killer on the loose targeting truck drivers across the country. What the FBI discovers is gruesome and gut wrenching. As more victims begin to emerge the surface, the FBI begin closing in on their suspect. As Betty tries to make her way to Florida and visit Kelly, a childhood friend, she sees Kelly's true colors and learns the value of their friendship.
