This book focuses on the inner development of an individual and the formation of an independent martial art. This was done after years of attending various martial arts schools and plunging myself recklessly into dangerous confrontations. The core became Kung Fu, Bujinkan, boxing and Jujitsu. The book shows how they were fused together and the lessons learned through quest to develop this martial art referred to as "The Way of the Wind". It took a total of 20 plus years to compile all this information and structure it. The scenes take place in Guyana, South America where I was born, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York City during the 1980s crack epidemic and early 2000s. There is also a bit of military experience in here from my experience in the US Air Force. This is a very "tell it like it is" book short on fairy tales. A simple yet provocative reading. The Code of The Black Jaguar is the quest of a weak individual that developed himself into someone much stronger. The Development of the Alley Cat Self Defense System. After reading this book hopefully there is a higher awareness and some clever tricks learned by the reader. There is a combination of health, psychological, spiritual and fitness advice. This is the place to be for all interested in mind body and spirit. It is also for those who like strategy and technique books. No one lays claim over the right for a person or group of people to defend themselves.
