Sorrow, peace; pain, hope. The 2020 pandemic has impacted all aspects of life, from school and work, to family dynamics and relationships. This has been a season of grief, but also a season that has birthed moments of unexpected joy and unity. Poetry is a way to wrestle with emotions and navigate experiences. In this anthology are thirty poems to linger over, to sit with and stir the heart. Thank you for taking the time to read this book. Members of the local Rhode Island YMCA community also contributed their writings. All proceeds will be donated towards COVID-related relief efforts for children and families.
