I want to share my life story and my experiences that have shaped my mental health and helped me to become the person that I am today. With this book, I hope to bring some much needed attention to the still taboo subject of mental health. I write this book for all the people suffering from mental health problems and serious illnesses to know that they are not alone in their struggle. There are many individuals just like them who are dealing with their own demons one day at a time. We are all in this together and there is hope for each one of us!
