In the midst of a Global Pandemic and the uncertainty of when life will return to "normal", how are you coping? Are you coping at all? The purpose of this PANDEMIC SURVIVAL JOURNAL is to get it all out, write it down, vent, laugh and cry if you need to. When this is all over, how will this crisis have changed you? What did you learn about yourself that you didn't know before? What have you gained a greater appreciation of? These are just some of the questions to ask yourself as you write it all down. When this is over we will all want to forget this pandemic like the nightmare that it is, but keep this journal as a reminder of how you made it through this trying time and all the strength and wisdom you gained along the way.
