The Star King is the tenth book in The Silent One series describing Celestion World of Wonders. Through out the Ten books The Star King has been the missing man. Now we get to find out what really happened to him and how he came into his power. We expand the scope of the novel to describe the western province of Beldun. the Dungore Farmlands and the small villages of that rural land of rolling hills. Follow The Star King as he unfolds his greater destiny to rule Celestion as a spiritual King of Peace and Love. He suffers betrayals and violence to become aware of the great wisdom of the hated enemy of the Empire, the "savage" Tolkol-Xo-Thaing. that raid the farmlands from across the northern border of Beldun Province. His folk music becomes the great unifier of the Earth Children's movement that brings literacy to the masses and sparks a people's evolution that saves all Celestion! The final part of the novel is a "play within a play" and celebrates the original inspiration of this series, the Role Play and weekend theater events of the 1980-90's that Jack and I attended and created with our fellow adventurers.
