I heard it once said that everybody possesses greatness. I beg to differ because when you possess something you own it, nothing about you is trivial or mediocre in your pursuits. Therefore, I do not believe everybody possesses greatness; but I do believe that everyone has the potential to divorce mediocrity and pursue greatness if they so choose. In a world where the state of greatness has morphed into a billboard and social media mantras, "excuse me while I be great or watch me be great;" most have no clue what it means or even takes to be great. Greatness does not end with a thought; this is only the beginning, my friend. Remember, there is no greatness without the GRIND because Greatness Requires Intense Non-Stop Drive, and you will need to understand and leverage this concept as you Keep up the #GodWork. The Book of Barz was written to deliver all the smoke, in a thought-provoking poetic way, from the daily GRIND to GRACE as we find our rhythm and pace to do life. Every once in a while, we come across some #FreeJewelz, concepts and principles for living life, in a movie, music, or a line of poetry that resonates and changes the trajectory of life for us on all levels. Mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally we are transformed by an inkling. The connection is there, and it is almost as if the message was explicitly intended for us.
