self-help book for depression hard times and when you feel lost, and life has no meaning. inspired by the quarantine time, this is my story.: I took the gun in my hand, I loaded a bullet to the chamber. I put the barrel of the gun inside my mouth and I held the trigger With my thumbs. And at the same moment it burst out of me. now lets go back I was born in a medium class family and I was eager to be rich. not to be like my parents. but don't get me wrong they were happy with their life. but it wasn't what I wanted for myself.when I was 23 I became a millionaire for the first time, I thought I was conquering the world. that I got to the peak of my life. That I become rich. and this is the life that I wanted all my life.this is In a nut shell of my story After accomplishing many things in life, things I was constantly striving for, I experienced a period of economic crisis and emotional turmoil. Which led me to the decision to end my life and commit suicide. As you can understand, I'm still here. After dealing with the difficult period, I devoted myself to learning, analyzing and deciphering the subject of depression and coping with it. Guide to dealing with depression.
