Juan and I enjoyed the life we made, always going up and down with the kids... Eventually, professional success came and he focused on that. I think that was what triggered everything, but at that moment I didn't know how to recognize it. Everything came too suddenly... and we didn't know how to react. We weren't ready yet. I couldn't even imagine then what would come next, not only the pain... but also the joy. The author recounts her moving journey through life between crises of faith, of couple, and ultimately of health. Maruja Moragas, who held a degree in Philosophy and Literature, a doctorate in Business Aministration and was a professor at IESE, was an active contributor to the International Center for Work and Family (ICWF) and IESE's Women's Lobby. Together with Nuria Chinchilla, she wrote the book Owners of Our Destiny.
