Conscious Neutrality is a natural fourth-dimensional state of being that by its very nature, invites a more highly developed and natural response to situations. Conscious Neutrality requires the capacity for spiritual mind discipline-- a systematic, organized, progressive development of spiritual principle and spiritual and emotional maturity. Conscious Neutrality is a state of well-being, known as "BE", and in this state you BE the energetic presence of all is well. You make higher choices, choices that are aligned with a higher state of awareness. In this state you develop the capacity to consciously choose to dismantle old beliefs and structures of knowing -- all of which have held you hostage to lower emotions and lower dimensional awareness. All of this leads to and aligns you with the capacity to sustain Conscious Neutrality as a consistent state of Being.
