This series of books is about an American family living in Belize and their different adventures. The first book is about the family's adventure on a river boat cruise through the jungle. The kids get to see many unusual animals such as monkeys, crocodiles, iguanas, toucans and parrots. The boat stops in Lamanai and that's where they get off to see the Mayan Ruins, Howler monkeys and jaguars. The book is both exciting and educational. The story includes fun facts that teaches kids about different animals in the jungle that they've probably never seen before.
