Grant Waldie has hundreds of multi-discipline projects under his belt. Starting as a Project Engineer and working his way up to Project Manager, he now works as a Project Management Analyst, whose job it is to continuously check budgets, schedules, and quality across the corporation. He also works as a Bridge Inspector, where he travels across North America, puts on rock-climbing gear, and climbs around bridges looking for defects.

Throughout his career, each time Waldie has had a "Lightbulb Moment", where an important lesson was learned, or when a friend/coworker/relative gave him advice, he would keep track of them in a simple list. That simple list has continued to grow and now has become the book you have before you.
