When a successful businessman is gruesomely murdered in his luxurious mansion, all evidence points towards a swift resolution of the case. Yet, captain Roland Kaplan and deputy Chief Charlotte Tang, of the Singapore police, are not persuaded by the overwhelming scientific evidence and embark on an epic journey to uncover the truth.
