With a lifelong passion for Jesus and a clear calling and vision to serve the Lord, Marion Layzell and Lew Peterson grew up in a small-town church in British Columbia, Canada. As teenagers committed to serving in their church youth group, they fell in love. Through six decades of marriage they traveled the world as pastors and missionaries. Experiencing the presence of the Holy Spirit through dynamic prayer, praise and worship became their key to reaching souls for the Kingdom. Powerful preaching, persistence, people skills, faith and courage brought them through many dangers and trials, notably during the repressive rule of Idi Amin in Uganda.
