Ambition "Ambi Noel" has finished her university degree and is home once more in San Diego, CA. On the suggestion of her uncle Gary, she decides on a decompression vacation and drives to their cabin on Palomar Mountain to rest, refocus and commune with the memory of her father, who passed away from cancer when she was eight years old. She's not looking for love -- having survived six years without finding it on the UC Berkeley campus, she's at peace with her single life. She's not looking for passion -- passion is just chaos spelled differently, and usually includes some kind of thorny object. Unfortunately, Fortune doesn't really care what Ambition is looking for.
