My Wife Made Me Fat
Albert Elisha Oberdorfer
Before I got married, my weight was normal. Fast forward 10 years. Both my wife and I had gained 10 kilograms. My trouser size had gone up from 34 to 38. I was eating 3 regular meals a day. I consumed a relatively high amount of sugar and white flour. I was often fatigued, especially after meals. Since then, I have cut down on processed foods, sugar and white flour. I now practice intermittent fasting-which means I no longer eat breakfast, and only 1 or 2 meals a day. As a result, my trouser size has come down again to 34. My amount of mental strength and ability to focus has gone through the roof. And my overall level of health is excellent. Learn about the amazing benefits of intermittent fasting-a simple, doable science-based method to lose weight and improve your overall health. You can do it too!
