Major depression is one of the most painful unwanted experiences, and is unfortunately frequent. When living it, the patients' worlds change in all their aspects, and all what they do want is to return back to their normal previous mental state by any mean. Hope is the main powerful tool to help them getting rid of this illness, and does represent the solid component on which are based all the different adapted treatments, as medications, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis. In this book we will see the importance of colors as a tool of hope, as the patients will shift from the notion of loved favorite colors, to hope favorite colors, and we will use drawings made by patients themselves with permission, for our purpose.
