Talk about making amends.

After killing a Toaz warrior named Riaan, Matthew finds himself in the middle of an old Toa tradition to honor the dead.

In this case, that means Matthew is taking part to honor a Toaz he killed.

This tradition includes going on a hunt and bringing back trophies from everything that is killed. These trophies are then burned alongside the warrior in a funeral pyre.

Rav'ian, Matthew's Toaz companion, is intent on raiding an alien hive in order to bring in the most trophies. The problem is, no one has ever done this before. Or at least, no one has ever survived such a raid.
