Through time I realized that just as you can become heart fit in your body, you can become heart fit in your spirit, soul, and body; with the intended purpose of running your race for God. It is now May of 2020 and I am writing THIS book. I would agree that I have become very strong in my body along the lines of cardiovascular fitness; however, just 30 minutes ago I got down on the floor to see how many pushups I could do. I could not do 5! It is possible to exercise and develop cardiovascular strength and physical strength at the same time. However, I am biking for my cardio exercise. So, my lower body is in good shape. But my upper body not so much. Then I was reminded of a very simple exercise program I developed several years ago. It's called Get In Shape - Stay In Shape. It is designed for muscle strength. This little book explains how you can spend 10-15 minutes a day at a minimum of 3 days a week and become physically stronger in your body. I'm starting today. I have decided I will do this on the days I do not bike.
