The shocking passing of Kobe Bryant prompted me to title this book, The Afterlife. What can we, the living - glean from one's passing. What lessons did we learn, what valuable insight did they bestow upon us? In life, I didn't follow Kobe that closely...but I knew that he was a great basketball player. In his passing I found out that he tried his best to be a great father...that in itself is a valuable lesson. Nothing in life is guaranteed but you can take it in and try to learn from those who have passed. How to live a more fruitful, more productive - meaningful life. Collette and Keanu are my greatest blessings in life. To be able to see these precious wildlife on daily basis is also a great blessing.
