Bill Paulling's masterful translation of 2 Timothy from the original Greek is a work Bill used for a 2019 seminary class he taught for Covington Theological Seminary - Romanian Extension. Second Timothy, a tender letter to Paul's "beloved child in Christ," is often called Paul's swan song epistle as he knew the time of his execution was near and his life was being poured out like a drink offering (4:6). He admonishes Timothy to hold onto the sound teaching he has received from the apostle and pass it on to others to continue teaching.
