They just looked at me with surprised demeanours, and their faces looking askance. One of them calmed my nerves down, helping me out of my confusion of thought by saying: 'please come again'. I arranged my thoughts and this time around, said: 'please I am here to see the CEO of this company'. All three of them said in refrain: 'Oh, Madam Arabella'. One of them continued: 'that beautiful and caring Auntie'. They usually gave out such names like Auntie as a mark of respect and reverence. They asked me of my purpose and I gave them a code she had earlier given me. This made them know I was a very important personality. As they expressed facial signs of reverence, one of them led me to a very special seat in a room which was reserved for very important personalities. As I sat there I could see them making several phone calls and nodding to the directives the one they called might be giving them. For barely five minutes' time, I saw the lift at the basement open, and a white lady walking on pencil-heeled, pair of stilettos in graceful and majestic gait towards the receptionists. They brought her to me as I sat alone in that air-conditioned, bulletproof, glass room. She struck a warm, business-friendly conversation with me after telling me her name and her position - she was Stephanie, my Natural Wonder's personal secretary. As I talked back to her, she led me to the lift as her pair of high-heeled shoes knocked the polished stone marble on the floor in a 'kro-kyia', 'kro-kyia', 'kro-kyia' sounds. Almost all the ladies in that edifice of a wonderful working environment that was frozen with snowy breeze from air- conditioners all over knocked the polished floor with their pair of high-heels in that manner of a sound. As I followed on, Stephanie led me to the lift.
