Jack and Peggy Murray, newly retired New Yorkers, have settled into their lakeside, fifty-five and older, condo community in Bradenton, Florida, just south of Tampa. As they grapple with adjusting to retirement, living in the close quarters of a condominium complex and are assigned parking spots instead of their own garage, Peggy discovers a neighbor's murdered body in the lake. Her natural inquisitiveness drives her to uncover the motives several other neighbors had for killing the victim, as she puts her own life in jeopardy.
