Many students around the world struggle to achieve more than 60% in the PTE speaking test. Competent native speakers have been known to fail the PTE test while non-native students who struggle to speak competently in real life achieve more than 90%. This implies that exam technique is more important than your actual English ability. This book focuses on providing some of these techniques in the speaking part of the PTE test. It is assumed that you are already familiar with the PTE test or at least, have a general understanding of the format and the questions involved regarding the speaking section. If it is your first time taking the PTE test, I would strongly recommend doing some background reading about the test from the official Pearson Test of English website. The purpose of this book is to help students to understand how the PTE Speaking test is marked and assessed, thus leading to strategies that will help you achieve a high percentage pass rate beyond 70%. I have condensed all this knowledge to provide you with the strategies and techniques that have already helped many students around the world achieve their target. Wish you all the best of luck.
