Colour of the Sky; From Underwater are collections of poems and prose that deals with heartache, anxiety, insomnia, depression, self-love and the view of the world from that perspective.

They are both healers and reflective, serving in a purpose of finding your conscience and entertaining it.

The author's debut book contains poems and prose written in between his late teenage years and early twenties, the piece of paper has been his remedy in passing through all of that, and we are hopeful you will find the book more helpful, entertaining and a reminder of the thoughts we never knew we had.
