James, a young man desperately trying to understand his place in life, began his adult journeyfilled with drama, confusion, tragedy and despair. Not knowing where his journey wouldtake him, James took his mother's advice to put his trust in God. Eventually everything turned around for him, to include his love of church and Christ. But soon he began to feel in his eyes, mind and heart, that his own works and determination got him to his happy placein life, not some God he couldn't see or touch. This is when he started to live his life truly believing that the best things in life were free. Until one sunny day he found out that not only does everything come with a price, but you also have to know that sometimes "in spite of it all"you have to give up the things you can't keep in order to gain the things you will never lose.
