Our planet is struggling many severe problems like climate change, pollution, ocean acidification, hunger, inequality, poverty etc. all at the same time. Even though many efforts take place by governments and activists situation gets worse each day. According to my point of view a detailed look to the causes of the problems and a comprehensive solution has not been put forth up to today. In this book, I attempt in exploring the root causes of the issues, focusing on solutions that may eliminate these issues, and uncovering the details of what individuals can do to help. The book can also be considered a comprehensive critique of capitalism and consumerism, and the design of an alternative economic system. Proposing a way for the world to emerge from the chaotic circumstances with minimal damage. In this sense, it can be considered unique since there are not any books that offer a complete eco-friendly economic system.
