Sadness comes knocking on our door on the most unexpected days sometimes. It seems as if we are never ready when the wave of loneliness crashes over us. We try to hide it, but it is bigger than us. We try to push it away, but it is stronger than us. In these times, my dearest advice is to let sadness sit by your side. Spend time with it even when you don't understand it. Most of all, never try to hide it. And always remember, sadness comes to visit us all sometimes.
