Somewhere between True North and Magnetic North lies the Northern Edge. For some Champaign-Urbana IL, neighborhoods that edge hits dangerously close to home. That edge once labeled "The North End" symbolized lost, limited or lack of opportunities; for a besieged group of disadvantaged inhabitants an intervention is required. The digital divide parallels these disadvantaged sectors and services must be provided. In our efforts to combat the crisis the Native Afro-American families, neighborhoods, and small businesses face.
