The People Who Change Colors is a dystopian science fiction graphic novel that was originally illustrated on the back of hundreds of index cards. Set in a future world ravaged by roaming predators, known as the "red plague", that have forced humanity to shelter in isolated protective fortresses. Those that dwell within the fortresses of Earth are ruled by a secretive group known as the Pioneers. The antihero named H, a lowly peasant and miner, unfortunately stumbles across a terrifying secret about the fortress and its rulers. H embarks on a dramatic journey to uncover the truth. This graphic novel presents a saga of societal collapse, love, murder, and revenge as H becomes embroiled in a violent feud with Earth's overseers the Pioneers.
