Falk McCoy's significant other led a group of female operatives into Morocco to seize control of a criminal enterprise, a go-between for arms merchants and African warlords. The female operatives had a simple plan: meet the company executives in their warehouse, inspect the goods, kill the executives, seize control of the business. But the plan went awry. During the meeting, someone ignited a fire that consumed the structure. All of the people inside the building at the time were presumed dead, though no recognizable human remains were recovered.
