The year is 1990 and Clarkdale Memorial has just opened a new wing for the treatment "of those unruly teenagers". This dark comedy follows the new counselor, Frank Summons, as he is introduced to his colorful patients and a very shady staff during his first tumultuous week on the job. Whether they are trying to escape from reality, the devil, controlling parents, or the press, the patients at Clarkdale Memorial are all seeking protection behind its walls. At the same time, Dr. Stern, the shady Chief of Operations for the Ward, together with the long-suffering Nurse Sally and ambitious assistant Ms. Styles works to keep the reigns on Frank who actually wants to help those under his care. Part II of the DUCK-WALLS series, "You're in America Frank"picks up right where part one left off: in the hospital and in need of serious help. Travel closer to the lives of the staff and the patients as we are taken into their homes and past their guarded personas.
