Shakespeare took four years to write the story of the fatal love affair between the young lovers Montaigu and Capulet. More than four centuries later, humanity still sees in this tragedy the portrait of all the more or less impossible loves, conquerors or conquered adversities. The most cynical will say it is because of adversity. This work, which is one of the very first Shakespearean creations, proves that tragedy and comedy participate in the greatness of art, which is always greater than life itself.
