It was a gloomy night and in the dim lighting of a suburban street, Sandy Collins, a beautiful youthful woman, runs terrified to escape an evil pursuer. She stumbles into Patrick Doyle, a retired minder-bodyguard and rogue confidence trickster wandering lost in unfamiliar streets after walking out of a boring dinner party.
