Sophie had just visited her grandmother in her nursing home when she opened up about her high school sweetheart who broke her heart by marrying someone else. He had just moved to a room down the hall from Sophie's grandmother. Although this happened before she met her grandfather, her emotions were still running high. It's like their paths were meant to cross once again and maybe this time, things would be better. Sophie gets to meet the man's grandson who has a different version of the story. They come up with a plot to assist their grandparents to rekindle their love, not knowing that this would be the beginning of their own love story.
