You may have heard people say that the world is an illusion. Most of the time when hearing this the individual may give a puzzled look and shake the idea off as crazy. Physicists have conjectured that we live in a holographic universe and that our sense of being physical beings is an illusion, or through Simulation Theory that the universe is similar to a giant video game and human beings are just avatars manipulated from afar. I attest that we live in a physical reality but that the illusion is one of perceptions. These perceptions are called beliefs and ideologies and controlled by narratives, some of which have been controlling human perceptions for over 2,000 years.
