The earliest-known story of Amleth, a medieval Scandinavian legend, was first written down by Saxo Grammaticus. From François de Belleforest to the author of UR-Hamlet (Edward de Vere, the 17th Earl of Oxford) to Lion King, the story of Amleth has continued to be written. This Epyllion attempted to do the same. Amleth was written when the poet was Twenty-One-years-old. The disjointed narrative is inspired primary by French Symbolism/Surrealism and Early Modernism. To explain the poetic narrative would ruin the very existence of the piece.
