Spanning 400 years, The King's General is a story of kings and warfare in ancient Africa and the story of a loyal general who is betrayed by his God, the prophecies of seers, his kingdom and finally time itself in an era when prophecies foretold of the murderous king of the Zulu, his general Mzilikazi and the coming of the white man to the shores of the Cape of Good hope at the Southernmost tip of Africa. It tells the story of ancient spirits and Gods of Africa. The collision of the soul of Africa with the greed and brutality of the colonial west and how the the Khoi, San and Herero and Namma were almost wiped off the face of the earth in a genocide for the soul of Azania. The King's General juxtaposes the modern day Africa with the Africa of old in one, unbroken story.
