The gloomy reality about continued parasitic causes of poverty in the South end of the international divide particularly, Africa is that the ideological philosophy upon which all is premised and from which all is orchestrated remains indefatigable. Evidence of continued progression in the number of the extremely poor in the continent shows the future may be worse than the present if meaningful measures are not taken to contain the existing Western-led neoliberal process.
