Ambur can't rest at night. She once was able to sleep; now she sees things that aren't there, and hear voices of people who are long dead. She wants to believe that she is not crazy, and that the stress of the new house is what is getting to her, but she knows in her gut that something else is happening. Her husband, is still recovering from an unexplained illness and an unforeseen hospital stay. Her daughters, are too young to understand what is really going on, and Ambur prefers to keep it that way. She, however, knows that she can hold it together for only a little bit more until the ghosts of the past catch up with her.
