This book is a must-read especially for teachers and those in authority. For too long bullying has been ignored. In many of the instances given in the book, teachers and principals did nothing when advised of the problem.
This book takes a closer look at the bullying problems not only from the victim's point of view as has been the case in the past, but indeed focus deeper on the bullies to find out the reasons for their actions. The author did this by way of one-on-one interviews with some ex-bullies who were kind enough to open their lives to her and the readers of this book in such candid ways. Amongst other things were the bitter lessons they learned, some of which amazingly changed their lives forever, transforming some into motivational speakers and advocates for a more peaceful and bully-free world for all. The victims on the other hand shared with her the impact bullying had on them or their family members.
