Teen author Taylor Dishman lives in Des Moines, IA with her parents, two dogs, and two guinea pigs.

She is an only child who lived through a school shutdown during a pandemic and wrote about the ways that she coped in 'Oh, the Places I Went Without Going Anywhere At All'.

Her own family has experienced great loss this year and she knows many others are hurting. Her goal in this book is to provide any possible token of comfort to children like her.
